These terms apply when you use the Anchr Digital website or engage us for services. By working with us, you are agreeing to them.

Services

Anchr Digital produces AI-powered video ads and related creative content. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins, either through a proposal, statement of work, or signed contract.

Payment

Our standard payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Work does not begin until an initial payment is confirmed. Late payments may pause active work until the account is brought current. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. These are detailed in your proposal. Revision requests outside that scope are billed separately at our hourly rate or agreed upon before work resumes.

Approvals and sign-off

When you approve a creative brief, script, or final deliverable in writing (email counts), that stage is considered complete. Changes requested after sign-off may incur additional charges.

Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final delivered video files transfers to you. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and for agency promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Raw files, source footage, AI-generated assets, and project files remain the property of Anchr Digital.

Confidentiality

We treat client briefs, business information, and project details as confidential. We ask that clients do the same with our processes, pricing structures, and any non-public information shared during the engagement.

Limitations

We are not liable for performance outcomes of your ads (click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue results). We produce the creative; results depend on your platforms, targeting, offer, and budget. We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, revisions, or disputes.

Termination

Either party can end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point is billable. Any deposits paid for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion, depending on how much preparation has already been done.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, we prefer to sort it out directly before anything else. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, it falls under the laws of Pakistan, and both parties agree to resolve it in the courts of Karachi.
